Copia Green Winner of All-Ireland "Best Free From" at the RAI Awards in Dublin

Copia Green Café, Limerick of the award winning Master Chefs brand takes home the Best Free From Award at the 2022 National Restaurant Association of Ireland Awards. Pat O Sullivan CEO of Master Chefs accepted the much sought after Free From award at the Black Tie RAI Awards Ceremony in the Convention Centre in Dublin in September 2022.

Already a 2022 Munster RAI award winner, securing the National Best Free From Award Title, solidifies Copia Green Café and Restaurant ethos as a Master Chefs outlet and leading food brand nationally. Copia Green, born with a commitment to nourish with every plate inspires customers with the quality and taste of each dish on its menu. Master Chefs commitment, for over three decades to deliver high quality & innovative organic food with a dedication to a clear sustainability ethos continues to grow and is now celebrated in achieving this national title and recognition for the second time having previously won this award in 2019.   

The Restaurant Associations Best Free From Award recognises food outlets which are honest and committed to creating true Free From menus which goes beyond the traditional list of allergens. “Copia Green, as a Master Chefs brand has always been purposeful in this regard,” says Pat O Sullivan CEO and Founder of Master Chefs, an Irish independently owned, large scale catering and events company. “We bring more to the table, from our carefully selected suppliers and ingredients which are at minimum 75% organic. Open 7 days, Copia Green’s innovative menu caters for all.  Monday to Friday service is from 7.30am to 5pm and on weekends, Copia Green is open from 8am to 5pm attracting diners from all across Limerick and Munster who enjoy the quality and flavoursome, mouth-watering dishes.

Those who enjoy healthy breakfast options to set themselves up for the day can choose from a variety of inspiring options and all of which are made in house at Master Chefs Artisan Food Factory.  Breakfast dishes include Banana & Coconut Oat Porridge with whipped chai cashew cream & toasted almonds, or you can choose delicious Hummus Poached Eggs with dukkah, warm hummus, zhoug, feta, pomegranate, paprika oil on toasted Copia Green Sourdough. There’s also an excellent “FREE FROM” Dessert Menu as Master Chefs and Copia Green only use unrefined sugars in all desserts and all of which are made in-house by the talented Master Chefs team.
