Master Chefs’ Leonora Quirke named Catering Manager of the Year 2017

Leonora Quirke, Operations Director at Master Chefs named as Catering Manager of the Year at the prestigious Irish Hospitality Institute Management Awards 2017. The Awards recognise individuals who have made an outstanding personal contribution to the industry.

The Irish Hospitality Institute celebrated its annual Founders Banquet and Hospitality Management Awards 2017 on the 23rd November at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road. The event was attended by some 490 hospitality professionals and is regarded within Industry as the most prestigious evening for Hospitality Professionals Nationally.

A Limerick native, Leonora joined Masterchefs 14 years ago having graduated from GMIT & gaining experience in 5 Star properties in Northern Ireland & Australia.
