I have to thank you and your staff most sincerely for a fantastic evening last Saturday celebrating my son Kyle’s wedding. It was outstanding. The food was magnificent and the service and attention by the staff second to none. The room was set up and decorated beautifully and everybody commented on how good it was to celebrate a wedding there. Indeed one of my uncles suggested it was the best event he was ever at not to mind the best wedding. Thanks again and please thank Leonora and all the staff as well.

At short notice we hired Masterchefs Hospitality to cater for a buffet wedding for 200 people. The food tasting was an incredible experience, the food selection was exceptional. We were so delighted about using Masterchefs for our big day. In the run up to the day, pat and his team organised furniture, cutlery, the bar, linen and much more. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The Masterchefs team are extremely professional and reliable. Our guests are still talking about the food. Dita and Manson were overwhelmed by the fantastic food and service that was offered. I have had many compliments from other guests that the food was divine. Manson I believe would also like the recipe for the Absinthe sorbet you devised ( if not a regular supply !)
The presentation of the food was also incredible and just to let you know in advance, a still life picture of the choux pastry swans you had made will be featured in the wedding article in the March issue of American Vogue. It’s a great picture so make sure you order a copy in advance
