Dita and Manson were overwhelmed by the fantastic food and service that was offered. I have had many compliments from other guests that the food was divine. Manson I believe would also like the recipe for the Absinthe sorbet you devised ( if not a regular supply !)
The presentation of the food was also incredible and just to let you know in advance, a still life picture of the choux pastry swans you had made will be featured in the wedding article in the March issue of American Vogue. It’s a great picture so make sure you order a copy in advance
