Ellan Farm is Master Chefs commitment to doing food better. It’s our own purpose-built, 20 acre organic farm designed to close the loop on how we grow, serve, and return food to the land. Born from a passion for sustainability and innovation, Ellan Farm helps us reimagine what catering and events can look like when driven by care for the planet. 

FARM to FORK to FARM

  • It all begins on our 20-acre certified organic farm in Ballyneety, Limerick. Here, seeds are propagated, planted, and grown based on seasonal availability and demand. Once ready, the produce is harvested and processed on-site in our 6,000 sq ft facility—washed, cut, and prepped for immediate delivery. 

  • Just 10 minutes away, our headquarters receives fresh produce daily from Ellan Farm. In this central hub, our chefs prepare thousands of meals a day, catering to a wide range of dietary needs including dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free options. It’s also the heart of culinary innovation—where our senior team work with the freshest organic ingredients to create balanced, healthy, and ever-evolving menu options. 

  • From our Headquarters, prepared items and catering solutions are delivered to venues and locations across Ireland. Whether it’s a corporate event, a campus café, or a bespoke catering experience, we bring freshly made, ethically sourced food directly to our customers. 

  • Food waste is carefully collected through our segregated system at venues and events, then transported back to Ellan Farm. There, it is processed by our on-site bio-digester, turning waste into nutrient-rich compost. Stored for use on the farm or available for collection, this compost completes the cycle — nourishing the next season’s crops.
